The STAR 2 is an exceptional value offering manual operation plus Kelley's exclusive sensor bar and the industry's most effective communication system. The Kelley STAR 2 vehicle restraint is designed to engage the rear impact guard of a vehicle and hold the vehicle at the loading dock during the loading and unloading process. Operation to be manual, using provided push bar to activate and release unit. No lifting effort required. To include interior and exterior mounted red/green LED light communication system. To include sensor bar to indicate contact of the hook with the rear impact guard.
